
The Six Week Challenge is an online course designed to support you in achieving breakthroughs in resetting your health and wellness. The challenge consists of completing six daily health and wellness practices: a good night’s sleep, whole foods, no-sugar-added nutrition, meditation, gratitude, and kindness.
We recommend a certain level of activity to be successful, however, we also insist that participants set goals for themselves that are achievable and work for them. Please see The Waiver for terms and conditions.
The Six Week Challenge was started as a component of a Men’s Circle in San Francisco that was simplified and commercialized for the public. For years The SixWeek Challenge was conducted one-at-a-time using spreadsheets and a notepad. Despite this, The SixWeek Challenge has helped hundreds of people transform their health and wellness.
Today, we are proud to launch the new version of The SixWeek Challenge on an all-new platform designed to allow small groups to sign up whenever they’re ready to take a Six Week Challenge.
Course coaches are experienced group facilitators, coaches and fitness professionals and their objective is to support participants in safely and successfully achieving their goals for resetting their health and wellness.
Our principle values are self-responsibility, self-compassion, and self-awareness combined with community support and a shared vision for improving health outcomes for each participant.
